I specialize in stress reduction and deep relaxation. Using a combination of Swedish Massage, Reiki, and Polarity Therapy I help my clients achieve a deep sense of calm and help them reconnect with their body.

I also offer massage cupping and hot stone enhancements.

60 Minute Massage

This is perfect for a whole body massage, with time to spend extra time on your problem areas. All massage sessions include Reiki energy work, polarity therapy and essential oil aromatherapy.

Cost $100

90 Minute Massage

A longer session is required if your body needs extra work on several areas and gives time for deep reconnection. All massage sessions include Reiki energy work, polarity therapy and essential oil aromatherapy.

Cost $135

30 Minute Reiki Healing Session

Reiki Sessions can be done in person, or remotely. Reiki is a relaxing restorative practice that aids in self healing. It does not conflict with medications and is safe for anyone.

Benefits may include:

Sense of peace and well being
Inner peace and joy
Reduced stress
Improved general wellness.

Cost: $50

IonCleanse Detox Footbath

The IonCleanse Detox Footbath is an amazing way to detoxify your body! The process takes just 30 minutes and is a completely relaxing experience.

It can help you to eleminate heavy metals, pesticides, environmental toxins and more!

You can expect:

Less brain fog
A sense of calm
Better deeper sleep
