Do you work with clients virtually?

Yes. Coaching and Discovery Calls are available via Zoom, so we can work together wherever you are. In-person options are also available in Aberdeen, Washington.

I'm not sure which way of working with you is right for me. Where should I start?

Start with a complimentary Discovery Call. We'll talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and what kind of support feels like the best fit.

Do you offer massage appointments?

Bodywork is currently offered as part of The Reset, my integrated coaching + bodywork experience. I am not accepting new clients for standalone massage therapy at this time.

How quickly will I hear back?

I personally respond to messages and will get back to you as soon as I can, typically within 1-2 business days.
